Current Closures and Maintenance
We occasionally need to close certain areas to perform checks and for maintenance work. Other times we are changing exhibitions or setting up for something new. Check here for any planned closures.
Where possible, we try to schedule maintenance work during quieter periods to minimise disruption to visitors. We apologise for any inconvenience to your plans.
CURRENT CLOSURES:
Building 5 will is closed to visitors until May 2024 when Te Puawānanga Science and Technology Centre opens. Some other areas will also be temporarily affected see here for more detail.
