Full steam ahead this May!

From geysers erupting to cooking techniques to transport, steam is a part of our world. We use this technology to heat, contain and channel. Steam is much more than hot air!

Join us for a day of sizzling fun and discover how steam can power a train. Take a ride on one and even make and take home your very own!

Visit the historic pumphouse and see the awe-inspiring beam engine from 1877. It was one of the most advanced of its kind anywhere in the world and supplied clean water from Western Springs to the residents of Auckland.

There will be entertainment, games and LIVE DAY classics, such as Little Flick, Trams, The blacksmith and heaps more!

Included in General Admission.

Please note: Photography and filming may take place on the day for marketing purposes.
