TRACKING YOUR TEMPERATURE
This whakaahua pōkākā thermal camera gives an accurate, quick, and contact-free temperature reading, allowing for large numbers of people to efficiently have their pāmahana temperature checked.
The system consists of two main parts:
The camera (above display screen). This connects to a large display screen, connected to the internet or wifi.
Thermal reference box (behind ‘temperature check’ sign). A small box that sits about 50 cm in front of the camera and contains a metal plate that heats up to a known temperature. The camera uses this to continuously calibrate, which helps increase the accuracy of the system.
