IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be aware that from 10 February to 10 April essential upgrade works will take place on the tramway between MOTAT Great North Road and the Aviation Hall on Motions Road. You will still be able to ride a tram every day during the works programme, but the route will be shorter and trams won’t go all the way to the Aviation Hall. Trams will travel from Great North Road to the tram stop outside the zoo and back.
An alternative bus services will operate on weekends (SAT&SUN) and public holidays.

Your admission tickets get you access to our two locations - MOTAT Great North Road and the Aviation Hall, Motions Road. You also travel for free all day on the MOTAT heritage trams that run along the Western Springs Tramway that connects the two museum locations.
