We're joining the Lates club with our neighbours, Auckland Zoo, this January and February with a special four night after-hours Aviation event.

Experience Aviation Lates at the MOTAT Aviation Hall from 4pm-8pm Thursday 9 Feb and enjoy music, entertainment and guided tours.

Enjoy the soulful beats of our DJs from Māori HiFi as you wander amongst the most unique collection of aircraft in Aotearoa. Discover the stories of these machines with audio and digital display, and guided tours taking place at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.

Aviation Lates becomes even more FABULOUS as we kick off Pride month celebrations with House of Drag royalty, drag King Hugo Grrrl and Queen Medulla Oblongata will be spicing up the night and Shavorn Aborealis will be reading rainbow friendly stories.

Our heritage trams will run all four nights between Auckland Zoo and the MOTAT Aviation Hall tram stops, meaning convenient free parking and transport if you're attending the Lates events. Grab a snack from one of our food trucks outside.

Get a joint ticket to visit both Zoo Lates and Aviation Lates on the same day and make the most of this exciting offer.

Tickets are available at the door and MOTAT Mates and Auckland Zoo Annual Pass holders can enter both Lates experiences free of charge.
