Are you ready for more? Our new science and technology centre opens on Saturday 25 May, and we want you to celebrate with us!
Bring your whānau and join the fun and festivities on Saturday 25 and Sunday and Sunday 26 May as we open the doors for you to explore this exciting new space.
Te Puawānanga is all about interaction and discovery for all ages, from the towering Tāne Mahuta in Te Tumu Under 5s play space, to Beats in Time in Te Waha Innovation space.
Our opening weekend will be action-packed with demonstrations from the Science Alive Te Manawa Magic Box, all the interactivity of Te Puku Science space, along with other fun activities and entertainment. Mai FM will be here too - win spot prizes by taking part in their memory board cash cube activity!
Come and explore science and tech in a whole new way with interactive exhibitions, audio-visual experiences and lots of opportunities to play.
